Account Holder: You have an account within a TruConversion service and you either directly create heatmap, forms, funnel, session recordings or you are added as user in applications within an account.
Respondents: You have received a microsurve or customer survey powered by a TruConversion service.
Website Visitor: Anyone who is visiting one of our websites for information.
Personal Information: You might provide us with your contact information, whether through use of our website or our services, a form on our website, an interaction with our sales or customer support team, or a response to one of our microsurvey/surveys.
Usage Information: Usage information includes your interact with our websites and services the webpages you visit, what you click on, when you perform those actions, what language preference you have, and so on.
Environment: We collect information from the device and application you use while visiting our services. Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance information, and browser type.

Registration information: You need a Signup account before you can use TruConversion services. When you register for an account, we collect your email address, password and your name, your Company, website on which you will use TruConversion.
Billing information: If you make a payment to TruConversion. TruConversion use third party application “Stripe”. The TruConversion never store that information you enter in Stripe.
Personal Details: You can set various preferences and personal information on Personal Details page. For example, your phone number, department and designation.
The sole purpose of gathering this information is to assist the user in every way possible. This saves the user’s precious time and helps him/her gain maximum insight about the product.

For current TruConversion customers, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that TruConversion keeps on file by logging into your account to update your password and billing information. Alternately (for data subjects tracked by TruConversion and for former TruConversion customers), you can contact us directly at support@TruConversion.com. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly and as required by law. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
